Print Return Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and drop the parcel off at the nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
